Dr. Karina was born and raised in San Diego, CA. Dr. Jared was born and raised in Milton, Fl. They met while attending the University of Missouri, Kansas City, where they received their B.A. in Biology and their D.D.S. degrees. Upon graduation from dental school in 1999, Drs. Jared and Karina served in the Army for three years where they continued their dental education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Ft. Lewis, Washington.

Drs. Jared and Karina maintain a commitment to excellence in total oral health care. Attending many advanced continuing education courses helps them to stay on top of their field in cosmetic and family dentistry so that that they can provide the highest level of care for their patients. Dr. Jared and Karina were awarded their Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) in2007. Dr. Karina received an achievement award from the American Dental Orthodontic Society. Dr. Jared is an active participant at many continuing educational courses, including the Pankey Institute, The California Implant Institute, and the Kois Center. They are both members of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Orthodontic Society, Florida Dental Association, as well as their local dental societies.

Dr. Jared and Dr. Karina were married in 2000 and are the proud parents of three boys: Avery, Andrew, and Aden.

Dr. Jared Ottley, D.D.S., F.A.G.D.

  • Graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1999.

  • Graduate of the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
  • Trained in both the surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry.
  • Completed extensive training in orthodontics (braces)
  • Trained in cosmetic dentistry including clear braces, gum lifts, smile analysis, and complete smile makeovers.
  • Earned fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Karina Ottley, DDS, F.A.G.D.

Dr. Jonathan Ottley, DMD

Dr. Jonathan was born in Pensacola, Fl. and raised in Milton. After graduating from Milton High School, he attended the University of Florida in Gainesville and received his BS degree in both Microbiology/Cell Science and Zoology. Dr. Jonathan continued his education in Gainesville, attending the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Since graduating dental school in 2004, he has completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Miami, Fl. After living in Miami for a year, Dr. Jonathan could not wait to return home to the Panhandle to be with his family and friends. Dr. Jonathan is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and local dental societies. He is committed to providing quality dentistry at a fair price, and says "the most rewarding part of dentistry is the relationships I develop with my patients."

  • Completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Hialeah, Florida.
  • Graduate of the presitgious L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
  • Trained in both the surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry.
  • Trained in clear braces.

What does this mean? A general dentist who is a "Fellow" in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) has been recognized by other general dentists as a leader and exemplifies to other dentists the importance of quality continuing dental education. To earn the FAGD, a dentist must complete a minimum of 500 continuing dental education credit hours, pass a comprehensive exam and have been an AGD member for three continuous years.
